  • Page 4 Step 6 System Venting Fill the System and vent the air from the heat exchanger using the air vent screw. Close the vent screw ensuring that there are no leaks. Note: You may need to balance the central heating system if the plinth heater is installed on the same circuit as panel radiators.
  • Page 5 Step 8 Fitting the Grill Screw the Grill to the front of the Plinth Heater using the 2 shorter screws at point “A” Secure the grill to the plinth using the longest screws at point “B” Operation Switch the unit on at the socket. Set the heating switch to the red disc position. Select the fan speed to Low or Boost.
  • Page 6 Fault Finding 1. Fan does not run on any switch setting. a). Check the power supply is switched ON. b). Check fuse in fused spur. c). Check the wiring connections at the fused spur. 2/ Heater does not switch on when Check switch is set to low or Boost Central heating is on b) Check the unit is not air locked.
