r150 Extra LargE LuggagE rack
WARNING: Please read instructions manual carefully before commencing the
assembly this luggage rack. Cycling can be a dangerous activity! Never alter or modify your
bicycle or accessories. Read and follow all product instructions and warnings including

serviced by a competent mechanic. Always wear a helmet. Inspect your bicycle before
every ride. Bicycle steering and braking may behave differently with a loaded rack. Position
lights and reflectors so that they are not obscured when the rack is loaded. Do not carry any
live cargo (i.e. pets or persons) as this may cause a shift in balance and a crash resulting in
serious injury to both you and your cargo. Evenly distribute weight on rack. An improperly
loaded or modified rack can cause you to lose control and fall. Never attach straps, rope or
bungee type cords to the rack in such a way that they may become entangled in the wheel
or interfere with the safe operation of your bike. NEVER MODIFY YOUR RACK OUTSIDE

STEP 2. Attach the mounting block to the
underside of the bike rack so the upper
hole aligns with the slots in the bike rack,
with the adjustable hole turned to the outer
side. Use two (2) 4.5mm × 10mm Allen Bolts
[A] and two 5mm Washers [C] to secure
the mounting block into place but do not
tighten completely as you will want to
adjust the position later on.

STEP 1. Align the lower dropout on the
rack to the threaded hole just above the
rear axel using (2) 4.5mm × 10mm Allen
Bolt [A]

STEP 3. Attach the adjustable arms to the U
Bracket behind the bike seat post, making sure the
arms arc upward using two (2) 6mm lock nuts [E],
two (2) 6mm × 16mm Allen Bolts [B], and two (2)
6.5mm × 16mm Washers.
