The display lights up, indicating that the controller is ready to be programmed. FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Section 3 Safety thermostat The protection function for maximum and minimum temperatures are implemented in the auxiliary control board, which provides, in case of abnormality, stopping the chamber and activating an audible alarm, which prevents possible overheating or overcooling of the interior the chamber and the material under test.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Section 4 Controller Characteristics The ClimaPlus Controller has the ability to control the Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Radiation Intensity, CO2 Level and Irrigation in Climate Chambers and associates a human interface unit to a control circuit board. The electronic board also connects to an auxiliary electronic board, for supervision and protection.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Main screen The main screen shows the Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Radiation Intensity and CO2 level inside the chamber. It also display the controller’s date/time (important for a correct alarm registration). This symbol is displayed while the compressor oil is warming up.

FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Alarms configuration Allows to change the alarm for maximum, minimum and band temperature (difference between the actual and desired value). It’s also possible to set the alarm deviation bandwidth, between the two temperature probes (T/T2). Note: “0” value disables band alarm.

FITOCLIMA 2500 HP To change the parameters, simply press on the desired value, enter the new value using the numeric keypad and confirm with the Enter key. Note: On some equipment models additional temperature and humidity sensors are installed, to allow comparison between them and detect any possible sensor failure. The fault is detected by the difference between the sensors been greater than the set band, for more than 10 minutes, and an alarm is generated to indicate the alarm situation.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Programs The ClimaPlus Controller has the possibility to control Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, Radiation Intensity, CO2 Level and Irrigation, through the automatic execution of programs. There are available 32 Programs of 24 Segments each. Select the desired program with [UP]/[DOWN] keys and select one available action (editing, execution, pause and stop).
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Program structure A program consists of segments, each with different length and setpoints. Segment 0: Program’s starting segment. When starting the Program, Air Temperature and Relative Humidity Set-Points are put in this segment with the defined value, as well as Radiation Intensity, CO2 level and Event’s Status.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Program status When the Program is running its state is PG-RUN, when in pause, its state is PG-HOLD and when it finishes it stays in PG-END. When a program ends (PG-END), the user must select "Stop" to make the label disappear.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Program evolution The program’s evolution is defined by Ramp ON / Ramp OFF: • If Ramp OFF each segment defines a Set-Point during the segment time. • If Ramp ON, evolution will be in ramp during the segment time.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP 4.10 Program edit To create or edit a program simply select the desired program and select “Edit”. At the edit screen press on the desired vales to be changed, modify them, and press Enter to validate. To save the values press [UP]/[DOWN] or [BACK].

FITOCLIMA 2500 HP Segment 0 is the Program’s starting segment and defines immediately Set-Points and Events to be applied. It can be programmed with value “0” in the segment’s time, to skip it. Segments 1..24 define Set-Points to be applied immediately if Ramp OFF or with ramp evolution during segment’s time up to the settled value if Ramp ON.
FITOCLIMA 2500 HP 4.12 Services • Allows to simulate an alarm, thereby testing the acoustic/remote alarm. • Allows to delete all existing programs (puts all segments of all programs with default values). • Allows to change the chamber control (Temperature and Relative Humidity) from primary probes to the secondary ones and vice versa.

FITOCLIMA 2500 HP 4.14 Control state Chamber status: allows to enable/disable the control functions of the equipment by simply pressing OFF/ON. User control: allows to lock/unlock access to change the controller parameters, simply by pressing OFF/ON. If the controller is unlocked (User Control Off), press OFF, assign a value to password and press Enter to validate.
4.15 Controller information There are two screens with some controller information (software and hardware). This information may be requested by Aralab, in case of assistance. Displays the serial number of the equipment, the controller model/version and release date. Displays the type of controller, BIOS and boot version.
