    Configuration Requirements for APMS In order to setup an InstantWave High Speed Access Point Management System (APMS) terminal, you need the following: • A PC running Windows 95/98/NT/2000 • The APMS program An Ethernet card with a UTP Ethernet connection You need to complete the following steps to install the APMS tool to the PC: step1.

    The APMS Tool The InstantWave High Speed Access Point Management System (APMS) tool allows System Administrators to control their wireless network with the minimum of fuss. From the APMS you can assign user rights, perform software upgrades, etc. It is provided to perform initial installation and configuration reliability, and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) agent functions.
