On 14 Mar 2025 , suddenly I cannot access remotely to the cctv. My password is definitely correct as I can login locally to the equipment, my network is also valid as my phone can tap and connect to the WiFi. I have been using this apps for so many years without issue. What could be wrong? Pls advice

Remote access to the Masial 8CH CCTV system could be affected by several factors:
1. Internet Connection Issues – The DVR must be connected to the internet via the LAN port, and the network should be stable. 2. LAN Connection Problem – If the LAN LED is off, the DVR may not be properly connected to the network. 3. Incorrect Network Configuration – The system may require proper IP settings, port forwarding, or firewall adjustments. 4. Firmware or Software Issues – Outdated firmware or incorrect software settings on the DVR or connected devices could prevent remote access. 5. Hard Drive or System Errors – If the HDD LED is not functioning properly, storage or system errors could affect remote access. 6. Power Supply Issues – If the power supply is unstable, the system may not function correctly. 7. Mobile App or PC Software Issues – The software or app used for remote access should be properly installed and configured.
Checking these factors can help resolve remote access problems.

@Mr. Anderson, prior to mobile apps version 1.12, i have no issue viewing live on my mobile. The error occurred only after this version was installed. When I removed and reinstalled older version 1.11, it works again. This proof that my LAN setting, password etc are correct. There could be some bugs in the version.
