INTRODUCTION The BW/CW/VW/BWS series weighing indicator that amplifies signals from a load cell, converts it to digital data and displays it as a mass value. It is suitable for general weighing or more specialized applications such as check weighing, animal weighing and accumulation applications. -

I need setup of this scale
To set up the TScale BW Series scale:
1. Connect Power: Plug the adaptor into a mains power outlet and insert the adaptor pin into the scale’s jack.
2. Turn On: Press the On/Off key. The display will show the scale capacity and perform a self-check. After that, it enters normal weighing mode.
3. Warm-Up: Allow 15 minutes for warm-up to stabilize measurements.
4. Load Cell Connection: Connect load cell cables to the terminal:
- Pin 1: Excitation +
- Pin 2: Excitation –
- Pin 3: Shield
- Pin 4: Signal –
- Pin 5: Signal +
- It supports up to four 350-ohm load cells with 5V DC drive.
5. Calibration: Use calibration weights, at least 1/3 of the scale capacity. Follow calibration procedures in the parameter settings.
6. Parameter Settings (optional configurations):

7. Calibration Mode: Access calibration through the “Cal” setting to perform non-linear calibration.
