Introduction General introduction The in-wall urinal sensor valve uses pyroelectric infrared radial sensor technology. When users are in the sensor area, the device will automatically flush water to clean the urinal. The product’s smart feature brings comfort, power saving and absolute safety to its users. With modern and luxurious design, the device is suitable for hotels, business centers, airports, stations, public restrooms, etc.
Device’s components Indicator light Infrared sensing component Infrared sensing component: transmits and receives infrared signal from users’ response in the sensor area, then notifying the central processor. Indicator light: has the notification function, the light is on when detecting a user in the sensor area.

Usage and maintenance Usage steps The urinal sensor valve is designed and manufactured based on pyroelectric infrared radial sensor technology, so it is safe to use. It will bring a comfortable and modern life to you thanks to its designed features.
Maintenance during use Glass maintenance After operating in the moist and dusty environment for a time period, the device’s glass may be foul due to these factors. Thus, it is necessary to clean the glass. Solenoid valve maintenance After a period of usage, if flushing water becomes weaker or the valve starts leaking, it means the solenoid valve needs to be cleaned.

After the preset time, the device will perform wet flush, flush duration is 2 - 5 seconds (optional). When detecting a user getting out of its sensor area, the device will continue to cleanly flush water for 6 - 12 seconds (optional). Within the next 45 seconds, in case of another user, it only cleanly flushes water for 6 - 12 seconds (optional) after detecting the user getting out of the sensor area.
Problem and Solution Problem 1 The device does not flush or stop flushing. Checking The valve is installed in the opposite direction and the water supply has a lot of residue. The solenoid valve is not connected to the controller. If the problem is not mentioned above.

Problem 3 The indicator light does not flash when there is a user in the sensor area. Checking The power line, battery wire are not connected correctly. A user wears full black coat or shirt (black leather jacket, black coat, etc.) Solution Connect the power cable, battery wire properly based on the steps in the manual.

Problem 5 Other problems. Checking Technicians misplaced the distance between the valve and the urinal (too far or too close), it is difficult to install the pipe. Water leak at the joints occurs. It is difficult to screw from the bottom because the performance scale is small.
