Procedure
Install the ILP exit stepping plate assembly
to the ILP.
Align the ILP and stepping plate assembly
with the press. Verify gap between ILP exit
cover and web entrance cover at PE1 is
approximately 4-5 mm.
Measure distance between stepping plate
front edge and PE1 front wall. Distance
should measure 30 mm.
Release (do not remove) six ILP alignment
plate locking screws.
Lower four ILP feet until castors
approximately 5 mm above floor platform
and feet touch floor.
Level the the ILP
Align the ILP using the parallel jig.
Level and align the ILP exit stepping plate
rollers.
Install the ILP feed stepping plate. Align
and level the stepping plate to the ILP.
Install the ILP priming rollers
Position, install, level and align the
unwinder.
Align the unwinder with the ILP feed
stepping plate.
Install and connect all appropriate wiring
and air hoses.
Install cables between the ILP connections
panel and cabinet M1.
Install cables between cabinet M1and the
ILP connections panel
Connect air hoses and cables to the ILP
connections panel
Install the cable securing clamps on the
clamp rail.
