- Page 2 Overview The ABC-01-P-M12 is designed for system backup and restoration to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce system downtime in railway applications, including rolling stock and wayside installations. The ABC-01-P-M12 Automatic Backup Configurator tool can be used to save and load the configuration of Moxa’s ToughNet (TN) managed Ethernet switches and wireless APs/bridges/clients through the RS-232 console port.
- Page 3 Product Installation The ABC-01-P-M12 is designed solely for use with an RS-232 serial port. To use the ABC-01-P-M12, simply plug it into the M12 console port of your Moxa TN managed switch. Refer to the Product Operation section for instructions on how to save and load the configuration.
