• If you have music stored in your device, it will begin to play right
Newer Toyota Radios
after the "CONNECTED" voice prompt. If playback does not start
automatically, press TUNE UP or SEEK/TRACK UP to initiate playback.
• You can also proceed to manually start playback from your preferred
media app such as Pandora, YouTube, or Podcast app.
• If your radio is unable to display music info due to app or device
compatibility (see p.2 for details) then the BT45-TOY will assign track
numbers to the currently playing audio tracks
Factory 12-pin cable
Step 1:
Unplug the factory 12- pin
cable from the radio
Step 2:
Connect BT45 interface
module to the BT-TOY cable
as shown below
SAT Emulation Mode
TO RADIO
Press the SAT button to access
SAT/XM for Bluetooth source.
Once the BT45 is connected,
SAT/XM will become the
Bluetooth audio source.

Step 1:
Locate the 12-pin (wide
rectangular) empty port
Step 2:
Connect the BT45 interface
module to the BT-TOY cable
as shown below.

access CDC, CDC1, MP3, MD, or
DVD for Bluetooth source.
