Step 15 – Install Rubber Sleeve onto Safety Stop Figure 9 Rubber Bumper Close the cover and slide the Rubber Sleeve Y onto the Safety Stop at the rear of the Mounting Bracket (See Fig 9). Then raise Cover to ensure that Swing Arm touches the Slide over stop Rubber Sleeve.
