Introduction

The Bioenno Power Emergency Jump Starter and Power Bank is a light weight, compact, battery
bank based on advanced lithium polymer technology for jump starting a dead battery in your
vehicle. The unit can also be used as a power bank for supplying mobile power to your cell
phone, tablets, and particular laptop computers. The unit also includes an LED light. The unit is
rugged and durable.

Instructions for Use

Charging

1.
Attach the AC-to-DC adapter to the DC INPUT (15VDC, 1A) jack.
2.
The Green LEDs will light up. When all 5 LEDs are lit, this indicates the unit is fully
charged.
3.
Make sure to charge the unit for 3 to 5 hours before first use.

Car Starting Function

1.
Make sure at least 4 Green LEDs are showing in order to jump start the vehicle.
2.
Attach the red alligator clip to the vehicle battery. Attach the black alligator clip to the
vehicle battery.
3.
Attach the blue connector to the BCC-12 Emergency Jump Starter / Power Bank
4.
Start the vehicle
5.
When the vehicle starts, remove the jumper cable from the unit and disconnect the red
and black clamps from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds.
6.
Leave the engine of the vehicle running.

Power Bank Function

1.
Select any of the connectors and tips and attach to the unit. Please note that there are 3
DC outputs: 5VDC, 2A (USB Output); 12VDC, 2A (DC Jack), and 19VDC, 3.5A (DC jack).
Please make sure to match the DC output voltage with your particular electronics
equipment
2.
Attach the other end of the connector to your cell phone, tablet, or laptop.
3.
Press the ON/OFF Switch so that the LED Lights are lit, which indicates capacity
remaining.
