    Never fill any other oil than the one exclusively used for vacuum pumps. Also, be careful not to fill the oil excessively. 2. After filling oil, close the oil inlet.  For change oil, high-performance TA117-1 to 3 manufactured by TASCO is recommended regardless of high or low temperature. [Gas ballast valve] Oil deterioration caused by moisture and condensable gas absorption into the pump oil can be prevented by operating with the gas ballast valve opened and letting dry air flow into the pump.

[2] Confirm with the gauge that it is not under any pressure. * If any CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) or nitrogen gas enters the vacuum pump, oil may be blown off from the muffler or damage may be caused thereby.
