Reading an RFID document (e.g. ePassport): The PENTA Scanner is equipped with two RFID antennas. The two antennas are hidden mounted around the scan window and the sloped part of the housing. Therefore, it doesn’t matter whether the RFID chip is integrated inside the front or rear cover of the passport.
