BATTERY NOTICE • Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. • Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable, or new and used batteries. • Do not use damaged batteries. • Insert batteries with the correct polarity. • Do not short-circuit the battery terminals. • Remove exhausted batteries from the toy. • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. • Do not dispose of batteries in fire. • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries. • Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging (if removable). • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. -

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS To ensure your child’s safety, this product should only be assembled by an adult. REMOVABLE ELECTRONIC MODULE 1. To remove the electronic module, open the Velcro-like attachment on the back of the elephant. There is a button on the left side of the module, press the button to detach and remove it. -

2. AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF ® To preserve battery life, the VTech Snooze & Soothe Elephant will automatically shut off shortly after the responses have finished. The elephant can be turned on again by pressing the light up button. Note: If the unit repeatedly shuts down, or the light flickers then fades out, we recommend changing the batteries. - Page 8 SING-ALONG SONG LYRICS SONG 1 Close your eyes, now and rest, may these hours be blessed.
