one free factory calibration service and free maintenance services. We may charge for
material and repair costs under the following circumstances:
- Failure to use Gia according to the guidelines set forth in the instructions manual
- Defects caused by improper use or natural disasters
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, welding and/or adjustments
