4. ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN GETTING ON OR OFF THE AIRCLIMBER XPRESS. Always get on and off the unit from the rear. Until you are comfortable exercising while balancing yourself on the AirClimber Xpress, place the unit behind or beside a solid chair or kitchen counter and hold on to it when getting on or off and during the workout. An alternative is to place the AirClimber Xpress in an open doorway and hold onto the doorframe during use.

Inflating the AirClimber Xpress’ Bellows Always inflate the AirClimber Xpress’ bellows prior to use. The bellows must have ample air to work properly. Using the AirClimber Xpress without sufficient air in the bellows could damage the bellows and void the war- ranty.
Cold or Compressed Bellows If your AirClimber Xpress was stored or shipped to you in cold weather or if the bellows have been compressed for an extended period (such as during initial shipping), It’s likely the bellows may not fully inflate until the bellows are warm and have been used for a few minutes. To fully inflate cold or compressed bellows, please use the following technique.
As you become fitter and stronger, turn the dial to the right to increases pedal resistance for a slower, more difficult workout that raises the heart rate and strengthens the legs at the same time. Position #3 provides for the greatest amount of resistance to help you burn fat while firming and defining your entire leg. Note: Always return the Resistance Dial to Position #1 after your workout.

DO NOT USE THE AirClimber Xpress FACING BACKWARDS AT ANYTIME. Step 3: While balancing yourself or holding onto a chair or doorframe, place one foot towards the front and in the middle of the pedal and step on the pedal, allowing it to depress as far as possible (See Photo 10). Make sure your foot is NOT near the edge of the pedal.
