INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WR 233 WORX INTAKE GRATE

PART NUMBER:

YAMAHA 09 FZR, FZS

IMPORTANT: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION

Parts Supplied:

1 x Worx Intake Grate

1 Remove stock intake grate and wipe clean any old silicone or Loctite from hull and

threaded inserts

2. Fill threaded inserts with silicone and apply a small amount of silicone to the front mounting surface and a

generous amount of silicone to the rear mounting surface and edges of your new Worx Intake Grate

3. Fit Worx Intake Grate into position using the stock mounting bolts.

4 Wipe off excess silicone with a damp cloth. Allow 4-6 hours minimum for silicone to cure before riding.

5. Regularly check that all bolts are tight on your intake grate and ride plate.

6. Regularly check the condition of your intake grate after use.

is advised that caution be taken if installing on a watercraft exceeding 80 mph. Constant and regular checks of the

condition of the grate is highly recommended for craft exceeding 80 mph. If the condition of the grate has been

compromised in any way please remove immediately. Damage or injury to the grate, personal watercraft or persons,

is the responsibility of the installer of this grate.
