    4. Safety Instructions Before use, ensure that the mains voltage available is the same as the required opera�ng voltage for the product (220–240V~). This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili�es or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruc�on concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

    Never use or leave the appliance in no-load opera�on. This could irreparably damage the appliance. Reverse func�on is prohibited while the appliance is opera�ng (For example switch “ON” knob to “R” knob or on the contrary), wait at least one minute un�l grinder has come to a complete stop otherwise it may cause an abnormal noise, vibra�on or a transitory electric spark in the appliance.

    6. Meat mincer assembly 1) Place the transport screw (14) in the meat grinder casing (15). 2) Fit the cross blade (9) with the sharp side points away from the screw. Ensure the square opening is placed on the square axle of the transport screw correctly. 3) Fit the selected cu�ng disc (11-13) so that it sits in the opening in the meat grinder casing.

    Locking the meat ginding case onto the motor 9. Operating the appliance NOTE: do not operate this appliance for more than 10-15 minutes con�nuously to avoid the risk of overhea�ng the motor. Allow 30 minute cool down period for every 15 minutes of opera�on. NOTE: Never operate ON or R bu�ons during the change of rota�on.
  • Page 7 USING REVERSE FUNCTION Use reverse func�on in the situa�on when the meat grinder case is blocked by accumulated food and is no longer processing the food or does it very slowly. This is normal conditon and not a fault, with reverse func�on the food that has become stuck will be transported backwards a short way.

    10. Cleaning, hygiene, storage Minced meat is very prone to bacterial contamina�on. Follow the good food hygiene at all �mes when processing meat. Otherwise, contamintated food or incorrectly processed, stored or cooked may result in serious health problems. Always ensure the appliance is thoroughly cleaned and dry a�er use before pu�ng away for storage to reduce the risk of bacterial contamina�on.
