TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Compressor runs for
1-5 minutes then stops.
Compressor runs, but
unit does not cool.
Inner liner is very cold
and compressor runs
continuously.
Freezer does not run.
Freezer is noisy.
It is normal to hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow of refrigerant when each cooling cycle begins or ends, as
well as noise from the condenser cooling fan.
The surface temperature of the compressor can reach 158~194°F when running.
If used in a humid environment, moisture may condense on the surface of the cabinet. If this occurs, just wipe it
off with a soft dry cloth.
Cause
The voltage is not in the normal operating
range.
The refrigerant has leaked.
Restriction in the sealed system
Ice on the evaporator
Door is being opened too frequently.
Freezer is overloaded.
Condenser is not properly ventilated.
Controller is faulty.
Problem with evaporator temperature sensor
Improper electrical connection
Controller is faulty. (Power indicator is not on.)
Thermostat is set too high or ambient
temperature is too low.
Incorrect placement / Not level
Parts are loose.
Cooling system pipes are touching.
Turn off until power supply is in the normal
range.
Contact customer service.
Defrost the freezer.
Keep door shut as much as possible.
Remove some items.
Allow enough clearance for proper ventilation.
Contact customer service.
Connect to properly installed power supply.
Contact customer service.
Adjust temperature setting.
Move to stable, level surface.
