KD-EAL Series Fryers Installation Unpacking The appliance is shipped on a wooden pallet; secured with high-tensile plastic strapping and enclosed by a wooden framework. The entire unit is wrapped in machine-applied stretch wrap. • The appliance must remain in an upright (vertical) position during the unpacking process.

Overview KD-EAL Series Fryers Unit Preparation Every effort has been made to ensure that the new unit is in perfect operating condition when received from the factory. Each unit must pass rigorous quality control testing prior to shipment. To further ensure that the unit operates to expectations, it is recommended that a brief functionality check be performed prior to using it for the first time.
