This device is approved by the FCC for use with normal-size laptop computers only (typically with 12-inch or larger display screens). For laptop computers with a display screen smaller than 12 inches or if the position of the USB port does not allow for at least 5mm between the device and the user or bystanders, use the provided USB extension cable to ensure a safe distance between the device and users or bystanders. To meet FCC requirements, use only the supplied USB extension cable; other cables should not be used. This device is locked and intended for use only with Time Warner Cable Mobile Internet or Business Class Mobile service from Time Warner Cable. Activation and use is subject to Time Warner Cable’s terms and conditions and privacy policy, and requires a service plan that must be purchased separately. 4G service only available in Time Warner Cable 4G enabled service areas; 3G service is required for coverage outside of the 4G area. Additional per-MB domestic and international roaming charges will apply for service outside of the 4G and 3G coverage areas. 4G network speeds are up to 10 Mbps for downloads and up to 1 Mbps for uploads; 3G network speeds are up to 1400 for downloads and up to 500 Kbps for uploads.
