Assembly & Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Slide the hitch tube into 2" hitch receiver and secure it with safety bolt, locking &
flat washer, and cotter pin.

Step 2: Connect the main square post
ers and nuts. And then fix the square post tube with attached safety pin.

Step 3: Connect the wheel tubes
and nuts. Before inserting carriage bolts, please insert carriage bolts into the loop of safety

pin first. So the safety pins are permanently secured by the carriage bolts.
