REMOVAL Figure A Refer to Figure A for steps 1-4 Step 1: Remove the throttle body cover using a 6mm nut driver. Step 2: Unclip the PCV vent tube from the valve cover. Step 3: Disconnect the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor from the intake by pulling the red safety clip then pull to disconnect.

INSTALL Figure C Refer to Figure C for steps 6-9 Step 6: Pre-assemble the aFe housing. Install the filter adaptor using the hardware provided. Step 7: Pre-assemble the reduction coupler using an 8mm nut driver and the supplied clamps. Leave loose.

INSTALL Figure D Refer to Figure D for steps 10-11 Step 10: Pre-assemble the aFe Full Metal power intake. Remove the MAF sensor from the OE air box using the supplied T-20 bit and reinstall in the aFe intake using the hardware provided. Use a flat head screw driver to tighten.

INSTALL Figure E Refer to Figure E for steps 12-13 Step 12: Install the pre-assembled aFe housing on top of the lower portion of the OE air box then use the OE tabs to hold the housing in place. Step 13: Install the coupling on the throttle body. Then tighten the throttle body side with an 8mm nut driver.

INSTALL Figure F Refer to Figure F for steps 14-15 Step 14: Install the pre-assembled aFe intake tube on the throttle body side first then to the housing. Align and adjust as need then tighten down with an 8mm nut driver. Step 15: Connect the PCV vent hose to the valve cover vent, tighten with the provided mini clamp.

INSTALL Figure E Refer to Figure E for steps 16-17 Step 16: Reconnect the MAF sensor and secure. Press in the red clip to secure plug and re-install the throttle body cover. Step 17: Make sure all clamps and hardware is tightened and secure. Make sure the MAF sensor harness does not come in contact with any moving parts.
