where do i get a replacement battery for the spiro pd? The company has been less than stellar at responding to my phone message or calls and the manual leaves a lot to be desired. Thank you!

I have not been able to get my data to upload for months. It is connected to WiFi, but when it shows the "Sending data - please wait" screen, nothing happens. That screen will flash on and off, but my data never gets uploaded to the portal.

    HAPTER Intended Use The Spiro PD 2.0 spirometer is intended to be used by a patient under the instruction of a physician or respiratory therapist to test lung function in a child, adolescent or adult. It is also intended to be used as a single-patient device only and can be used in the home, factory, hospital or physician's office.
