FACTORY RESET
If your VIE will not power on or you are experiencing other technical problems, first
try a factory reset.
The factory reset button can be found underneath the mouthpiece, next to the air-
path hole. Use the SIM ejection tool provided in the Accessory Kit box to press the
reset button, then press three consecutive times on the power button and your VIE
should power on normally.
