Safety instructions
Note:
Please follow these safety instructions closely to
prevent accidents and material losses.
• W here there is a risk, isolate the solar heating system
from the mains.
• I nstallation, commissioning, maintenance and repair
work must only be carried out by authorised trained
specialists.
• W hen working on the solar heating system, isolate
the mains power and protect against unintentional
reconnection.
Commissioning and operation
• T he system must be commissioned by the system
installer or a qualified person authorised by the
installer.
• T o protect the solar heating system against excessive
temperatures, never switch the system off, e.g. during a
summer holiday.
Maintenance instructions
Note:
We recommend you arrange for a regular service of
your solar heating systems to ensure a trouble-free,
energy-saving and environmentally responsible
operation. For this we would recommend
you enter into a maintenance contract with your
local contractor.
• I n connection with maintenance work, observe the
maintenance instructions enclosed.
• R egularly check the operating pressure on the pressure
gauge.
• H ave your contractor repair any leaks on the solar
heating system.
• N ever put off repairs, as the fault will only get worse,
making repairs more expensive.
• E very 12 months, check the operating pressure,
anti-freeze protection and the function of the safety
equipment.

To protect your solar heating system in case of
damage through fire, water, storm etc., we recommend
that you notify your property insurer of the increased
value attributed to your solar heating system.
Return
At the end of their useful life these collectors can be
returned to Wolf GmbH. These collectors must be clearly
identified (e.g. as "scrap") and be delivered expenses paid
during business hours.
All collector materials are either correctly recycled or
disposed of by Wolf GmbH.
Packaging
For optimum environmental responsibility, return the
polystyrene packaging to the resources cycle via
authorised collection points [where appropriate].
If required, recycle the heat transfer medium via authorised
depositories.
