Common Interface DSR makes you enjoy various scrambled channels encrypted by Viaccess , Nagravision , Irdeto , Conax , Cryptoworks and SECA. Preparing To be able to receive scrambled digital satellite channels you will need a Smartcard and a Common Interface CA (Conditional Access) module form the Service Provider of your choice.
General Function The following describes the basic functions of your DSR while watching satellite TV or listening to satellite radio. DSR enables you to watch various scrambled channels by inserting the CAMs and Smartcards according to your choice. While watching, the current channel information will be shown on the bottom of the screen if you press INFO button on the RCU.
