Reversible Grill and Griddle Assembly ASSEMBLY BEFORE FIRST USE Before initial use, please wipe down the Grill/Griddle with a soft damp cloth and make sure there is no metal or foreign objects on the temperature probe. NOTE: During first use, the Grill/Griddle may give off a slight odor. This is due to the newness of the product and will dissipate with use. -
