should light up.
✔ Do not use a case with metal plates or pieces. Metal does not pass wireless charge.

✔ For solid placement you need to attach metal ring to the phone.
This is because most phones are not made of metal. Magnets in the
charger pad cannot stick to phone cases made of materials other
than metal.
✔ Not all the phones support Qi wireless charging 'out of the box'.
Please refer to your phone specifications and use YKing receiver if
needed.
✔ Please note that phone must be placed on the centre of the
charger pad. If you place it on one side of it, charging process may
not start.
