SAFETY INFORMATION
BULB REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the 1. While holding lamp base (D), turn the ball (A) counter

WARNING
• When unpacking and assembling, do not pull on the wire too hard or damage may occur.
A damaged wire may not have full strength.
• Only use the bulb and wattage specified in these instructions or on the label located on the socket.
Standard-base (type-T) bulb of 25 watts or below only should be used.
Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into an electrical outlet.

• Do not use outdoors or near water or other liquids.
• During shipment, the socket cover might have loosened. Before inserting bulb, check to see that
the socket cover is secure.
• This portable lamp has a polarized plug. One blade is wider than the other as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this

CAUTION
• To reduce the risk of fire, use 25-watt type T or smaller bulb.

• Only use a soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Remove the cellophane cover from shade before use.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Carefully remove all parts
from box and remove all plastic covering the parts. Compare parts with package contents list. If any
part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
3. To reinstall the ball (A), hold the lamp base (D) on the

No tools are required for assembly fixture, insert the tabs on the ball into the holes on the
lamp base (D) and turn the ball clockwise to secure.
The lamp assembly is now complete.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material

at no charge or at our option replace the lamp with a comparable or superior model.
To obtain warranty service, call our customer service department at 1-877-888-8225 for return
authorization and shipping instructions. You may be required to present a copy of your sales
receipt as proof of purchase. All cost of removal and reinstallation are the express responsibility of
the purchaser. Any damage to the lamp by accident, misuse or improper installation, or by affixing

accessories not produced by the manufacturer, are the purchaser's responsibility. The
manufacturer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for lamp installation during the warranty
period.
