Sign-in privacy options

Customize you privacy options when signing in to an
account or your device.
1. On the taskbar, tap
Accounts > Sign-in options.
2. Under Privacy tap On/Off for each option:
Show account details (e.g. email address) on

sign-in screen
Use my sign-in info to automatically finish
l
setting up my device and repoen my apps
after an update or restart

Privacy

Change the privacy settings.
On the taskbar, tap

Privacy, and tap an option:
General: Change the general privacy settings.

Speech, inking, & typing: Set the device to

collect personal information, such as contacts
and recent calendar events. You can also
manage your cloud settings.
Diagnostics & feedback: Set the frequency of
l
Windows feedback and select an option to
send the device's diagnostic and usage data to
Microsoft.
Activity history: Access what you are working
l
on from apps, docs, or other activities on
either your PC or your phone.
Location: Change settings for location
l
information permissions.
