This manual provides instructions for Cascade TFC™
Hydraulic Connection Kit 6859795 for Crown RC5500 Truck.
The kit includes a manifold, mounting hardware, hoses and
fittings.

Make sure all other (non-TFC) clamp system relief valves
are removed or adjusted out of the system by setting them
to their maximum setting.

Disable the driver clamp pressure selection option and
make sure that system pressure for the auxiliary clamp
circuit is set to maximum pressure (2300 psi minimum).

Verify that the auxiliary clamp circuit flow is set to between
10 gpm and maximum flow.

Mount the TFC valve on the chassis inside left wall above
the wheel. Position the valve with the coil to the back and
TANK port on top. Use the supplied M8 fasteners.
NOTE: It is easiest to connect the valve driver and
electrical harness to the coil at this time.
NOTE: The mast hose in this kit is for most 154 in./71in.
lift/collapsed masts and it replaces Crown hose Part
No. 064362-024. For other mast heights, consult Crown
Engineering.
