Follow these precautions when using a battery in this device:

Connect one end of a twin 3.5mm stereo mini cable to the line or headphone jack of the
source (smart phone, tablet, etc.).
Connect the other end of the cable to the AUX jack on the unit.
Press the SOURCE button on the unit or on the remote control repeatedly until the
indicator turns VIOLET.
Set the source to play.
Press VOL-/+ to adjust volume.
Press button on remote control to turn off sound, press again to resume.
Press the EQ button on remote control to set the EQ mode to JAZZ,POP,CLASSIC,

INSTALLATION
CAUTION: To ensure that the unit is stable, the system must never be used
without the baseplate attached.
