    The MCA PLUS II device must be installed by authorised and qualified staff. The power supply plug must be disconnected and measuring systems switched off before handling, altering the connections or replacing the device.

    The flexibility of the sensor allows it to measure an alternating current irrespective of the posi- tion of the conductor. LIFASA has 2 Rogowski sensor models that can be used with the MCA PLUS II - FLEX: FLEX- MAG and FLEX-BAY.

    MCA PLUS II 4�- OPERATION The MCA PLUS II is a four-quadrant power analyzer (consumption and generation). The device can operate according to three different measurement conventions: LIFASA measurement convention.  IEC measurement convention.  IEEE measurement convention.  The measurement convention is configured in the setup menu, see “4.9.8.     MCA PLUS II 4�10�2� PROTOCOL In the Modbus protocol, the MCA PLUS II device uses the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) mode. The Modbus functions implemented in the device are as follows: Function 0x03 and 0x04: Reading integer logs. Function 0x05: Writing a relay.
