STEP 7
Position the Comfort Shelf (F) on the fourth bar up from the bottom. Attach the Wavy Ramp
(G) to the Comfort Shelf (F) by clipping the tabs on the Wavy Ramp (G) to the edge of the
Comfort Shelf (F).

STEP 8
Attach the Hay Buffet (H) on the opposite side of the cage from the Front Access Door with Lock
(D) on the back wire panel. Position clips on the back of the Hay Buffet (H) on the third wire bar up
and be sure to snap the clips into place.

Fill and attach the Water Bottle (I) to the outside of the habitat and secure with provided
wire holder located inside the Water Bottle (I). Be sure the Water Bottle (I) is located low
enough so your pet will be able to reach the sipper.

STEP 10
Place the Food Dish (J) inside the habitat away from the water bottle to ensure the food does
not become soiled from your pet drinking nearby.

STEP 11
Attach the black knob to the outside of the EZ Clean Pull Out Tray (B) by securing the tongue/lock on
the opposite side with the square opening, then insert the screw and secure using a phillips
screwdriver (not included). Slide the EZ Clean Pull Out Tray (B) into the Plastic Base (A).

Cleaning Your Habitat
The EZ Clean Pull Out Tray (B) allows dirty bedding and debris to be swept directly into the garbage
without having to take apart the cage.
Place cage on a garbage can. Turn knob and slide out EZ Clean Pull Out Tray (B). Sweep dirty
bedding and debris into the garbage. Wash the EZ Clean Plastic Base (A) with soap and water or
spray with Kaytee ® Clean Cage (Item #100079553) (sold separately), and wipe dry. Kaytee
Cage neutralizes odors, safely cleans surfaces and is non-toxic to all pets.
