    Safety instructions and regulations Follow the safety instructions The prerequisite for safe handling and trouble-free operation of the mobile electric heating is familiarity with the basic safety instructions and regulations. In addition, observe any applicable local rules and regulations on the prevention of accidents. This manual contains important notes on how to safely operate the mobile electric heating and, hence, has to be considered by all staff.

    Special hazards Hazard by electric power Fatal injury may be caused by electric power but avoided by the following measures: • Only qualified electricians or other suitably qualified staff may work on the power sup- ply. • The power equipment of the mobile electric heating must be checked regularly. Any loose connections or damaged cables and wires shall be removed immediately.

Install a properly sized fuse. 2. Protect the socket with a residual current device (RCD). Protect the socket by a fuse as shown in the following table.

    How to fill or vent Proceed as follows to fill or vent the hot-water generator from the heating system: 1. Open on-site valves towards the hot-water generator. 2. Open filling or drain valve (see fig. 5). 3. Fill the heating system with water. Make sure that the air is vented in the upper part of the hot-water generator and in the heating system.
