CUTTING CORN ONLY
1. Loosen the thumbscrew

beneath the cutting blade with the
provided allen wrench to adjust
the blade to its max height – you
can make adjustments as needed
depending on the thickness of your
corn kernels.
2. Loosen the thumbscrew beneath the scraper with the provided allen wrench
to lower the scraper to its lowest point.
3. Slide the shredder blade towards the cutting blade and remove.
4. Slide a fresh ear of corn in the groove toward the cutting blade in a single
motion. Keep your fingers on the corn at all times to avoid contact with the
blades. Continue to rotate the corn until all areas have been covered. NOTE:
Do not attempt to cut the same area more than once. FIGURE 1

MAKING CREAMED STYLE CORN

1. Loosen the thumbscrew
beneath the cutting blade
with the provided allen
wrench to adjust the blade to
its lowest height (make sure
it is just high enough to cut
the edges of the kernels).
Keep the shredder blade
installed.
2. Loosen the thumbscrew beneath the scraper with the provided allen wrench
to adjust the scraper high enough to scrape the milk from the corn cob.
3. Slide a fresh ear of corn in the groove towards the cutting blade in a single
motion. Keep your fingers on the corn at all times to avoid contact with the
blades. You can scrape multiple times over the same section before rotating
and repeating. FIGURE 2

CLEANING AND CARE

Remove all blades to clean thoroughly. Wash with warm, soapy water. Allow it
to dry thoroughly before storing.
