I LOVE YOUR SCALE and have had it almost 8 years. I got the LO battery message yesterday. I replaced the battery and when I stepped on the scale, all I got was a constant blank blue screen. (I tried attaching a jpeg image and it got rejected) I tried a brand new battery. Same thing. None of the buttons are responding. Any advice?
