1) Right main TOOLS NEEDED 1) Left main 1) lower crossover 4-5-6 mm allen 1) upper crossover 10 mm wrench 1) main upper support 13 mm wrench 1) right T mount 1) right T mount 1) right T mount 1) left T mount 1) muffler guard... - Page 4 Remove seat Remove rear rack (4 bolts with 10mm wrench) Install front upper mains used for photo only! Install main upper support stock rack bolts here Reinstall stock rear rack with 4- stock bolts Install left T mount with bolts provided Install left main...
- Page 5 Install right T mount Install right main Install upper rear support install lower rear support Now that you have everything in place tighten all bolts from top - down Now you are ready to put your boxes on and go for a ride!
- Page 7 Install delrin plate with glue strips to box. Install crank thru pressure plate and screw on back block. Install bottom 7" delrin with stiffener plate inside of box. The 2 end screws are installed backwards from the 4 that hold the main delrin in place.
