Preparing the freezer Information on the refrigerant R600a The R600a and cyclopentane used in this appliance are 100% CFC-free coolants and insulants. This helps to protect the ozone layer and reduce the greenhouse effect. These appliances can be identifi ed by the marking “Refrigerant R600a” on the type plate.
