    Make sure that you can clearly see and identify passersby, steep slopes, ditches, drop-offs, overhead obstructions, power lines, debris and foreign objects. The use of “will fit” parts may reduce equipment performance, void warranties, and present a safety hazard. Use genuine Bush Hog parts for economy and safety.

  • Page 24 INTRODUCTION The HT210 Hay Tedder is one of the fastest and most efficient hay tedders available. Rotor speed and forward drive speed should be selected for each individual job, since there are large variations in the nature and properties of different crops.

    The power required to operate a implement is determined by the tractor PTO horsepower. For most operating conditions, the HT210 requires a tractor with at least 15hp. Operating the implement with a tractor that does not have adequate power may damage the tractor engine. Exceeding the recommended horsepower may cause damage by overpowering the unit in heavy operating conditions.

    Never allow passengers to ride on the tractor or attached equipment. Riders can easily fall off and be seriously injured or killed from falling off and being ran over.
