Seneca NUC Hospital Digital Network (HDN)
Installation & Service Instructions
The Seneca NUC player replaces the MediaWave MW103 and
AOpen players as the common media players for Patient Point
(WRN) Waiting Room, (HDN) Hospital Digital Network, and (PWR)
PracticeWire installations. It ships with a HDMI cable, RS-232
cable, and power brick, all of which will need to be used with this
unit. There is a single serial port for the monitor control cable, 2
HDMI ports, (the topmost of which must be used,) and a single
ethernet port. All Seneca NUCs are WiFi capable, but will be
utilizing wired ethernet connections unless specified in the work
order. DON'T USE WIFI UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED!
NOTE: If this visit is for a swap, all old cables will need to be sent
back with the old unit. The old cables cannot be used with the
new unit.
