Get to know your pen
Getting Started
Before using the SPYPEN720, we recommend
making sure the device is fully charged.
To charge, connect to any of your computers USB
ports while your computer is powered on.
For playing back the files on your computer, we
recommend using VLC Media Player. The latest
version can be downloaded for free from http://
www.videolan.org
Installing the microSD Card
Place the microSD card, text side up, on the
back side of the USB connection, then push in
to the slot as far as it will go (See image to the
left). A small amount of the microSD card will be
protruding, this is normal.
Recording Video
Make sure the mode switch is set to position 2.
Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
The orange and blue light will come on for a few
seconds, then the blue light will flash and the
device will be recording video. To stop recording,
press the power button and the light will turn
orange.
You can now power off the device by holding
down the power button for 2-3 seconds.
Recording Audio
Make sure the mode switch is set to position 1.

device will be recording audio. To stop recording,
press the power button and the light will turn
orange.
You can now power off the device by holding
down the power button for 2-3 seconds.
