Setting the Sub Woofer Output
If your TV is connected to a Sub Woofer, you can select the Sub Woofer output, volume and cut-off
frequencies.

Press the [MENU] button.
The menu will be displayed.
Press the [.../†] buttons to move to <Sound>, then press

the [ENTER] button.
The <Sound> menu will be displayed.
Press the [.../†] buttons to move to <Sub Woofer>, then

press the [ENTER] button.
The <Sub Woofer> menu will be displayed.
Press the [ENTER] button again, then press the [.../†]

buttons to move to <On>. Press the [ENTER] button.
The <Mode> is set to <On>.
Select <Off> to deselect the Sub Woofer setting.

Press the [.../†] buttons to move to an item of your
choice, then press the [œ/√] button to make adjustments.

Press the [EXIT] button to finish.
• Low bass is not played back through the speakers (L/R) when the
Sub Woofer is activated.
Note
• Use an Active type Sub Woofer to hear the bass when using the
Sub Woofer Line Out terminal.
Sub Woofer Menu
Sub Woofer Select <On> or <Off>. Select <On> to use the Sub Woofer
Functions.
Volume
Adjust the Volume of the Sub Woofer.
Cut off Freq. Adjust the cut off frequency for the subwoofer for the
best bass response in your room.
