Teletext Feature
Most television channels provide a written information service via
Teletext. They provide such information as:
N Television programme times
N News bulletins
N Weather forecasts
N Sports results
N Travel information
This information, which you cannot modify, is divided into
numbered pages laid out as follows:

Contents
A
Header information, such as the:
N Selected page number
N Broadcasting channel identity
N Current page number or search indications
N Date and time

Text.

Status information.

Teletext information is often divided between several pages
displayed in sequence. These pages can be accessed in
different ways:
N By entering the page number
N By selecting a title in a list
N By selecting a coloured heading (FASTEXT system)
You can also store a few pages to be displayed later in
sequence. The pages remain available even after the
television is switched off and on again.
