If the top inlet of the Instapark PWT-7D is broken, you should avoid applying side load by not attaching it directly to a rigid spigot. Instead, use a short hose (about 3 feet) between the spigot and the timer to reduce stress on the fittings. If the damage is beyond repair, contact customer service for a replacement, as others have received replacements after reporting issues.

the right side of my program only shows it operating at 18:30, when I am trying to have it start at 6:30am. the clock itself is not set for a 24hr clock, so what do I need to do to have the right port operate at the correct time?
