Bimba Double-Wall K-A Series Assembly Instructions

1) Remove 4 plate screws. Keep screws. Discard retaining plate /bushing/wiper
assembly.
2) Remove and discard worn out rod seal.
3) Lightly lubricate new rod seal.
4) Install new rod seal with open lip facing inward toward cylinder.
5) Lightly lubricate seal in retaining plate/bushing/
wiper assembly.
6) Carefully install retaining plate/bushing/wiper
assembly by sliding it on to rod.
7) Add 4 screws to complete the re-assembly.
1) Remove 4 plate screws. Keep screws, retaining plate, and plastic spacer.
2) Remove rod wiper bushing assembly and discard.
3) Remove and discard worn out rod seal.
4) Lightly lubricate new rod seal.
5) Install new rod seal with open lip facing inward toward cylinder.
6) Lightly lubricate new rod wiper bushing assembly
and install.
7) Re-install plastic spacer with raised edges facing
inward toward cylinder.
8) Re-install retaining plate and 4 screws.
