MENU FUNCTION
CONTACTS

NEW

Adds a new entry to the Contacts. Please refer to page 40 for
alternate ways to add an entry to the Contacts.
³ To add a new entry to the Contacts.
If the contact has a mobile phone number:
Press [MENU] Contacts, , then press [MENU]
If no mobile number is saved for the contact:
Press [MENU] Contacts, .
· The first field highlighted is Name. Enter the name
for the entry, then press .
• Contacts FIELD : Name/Group/Mobile/Home/Office/
Pager/Fax/E-Mail/Ringer/Secret/Photo
/Company/Address/Wireless Addr./Memo
» Press the Navigation Key down to enter all the other
information (group, phone number, etc.).
¿ To save the entry after all the information is entered,
press .

GROUPS

Allows you to classify phone entries into groups. Existing groups
include No group, Family, Relatives, Friends, Business, Colleagues,
School, Club, VIP, Others.
³ If the contact has a mobile phone number:
Press [MENU] Contacts, , then
press [MENU] .
If no mobile number is saved for the contact:
Press [MENU] Contacts, .

CONTACTS
· Use down navigation key to select a groups field.
» Display the group member.
• Press [MENU] to display the following options :
1.Rename : Edit the group name.

2.Group Bell : Set to group bell.

PREPEND

³ If the contact has a phone number:
Press [MENU] Contacts,
press [MENU]

SEND MESSAGE

³ If the contact has a mobile phone number:
Press [MENU] Contacts,
press [MENU]
· Complete the "Message", "Default CB#", "Priority",
"Deferred Deliv", "Delivery Notice" and
"Insert signature" fields.
» Press
[MENU] then select "Send" or "Save Msg".
Press [OK].
