  • Page 4 2. Introduction In the 75F™ system, the WRM is the equivalent of a zone controller. It senses room temperature supply temperature. Following instructions from the CCU, the WRM controls up to two smart dampers in the supply air diffusers. The WRM ‘pairs’ with the CCU via a secure wireless mesh network.

    3. Design Principles The 75F system was designed to have a WRM and a Smart Damper in every room being controlled by the CCU. These components all communicate with the CCU which acts as the local brains for the system creating a series of personal MicroZones which are smaller than traditional zone control systems. Each WRM establishes a MicroZone and controls up to two smart dampers.

    2. Install the CCU at its designated location using the provided mounting bracket. 3. Install the power supply (in an electrical box is recommended) in a strategic location to supply power to all 75F components. Be sure the box is not on a lighting circuit. Don’t turn on the power supply until you complete wiring all components of the system.
  • Page 10 10. When everything is wired, turn on the power supply. 11. Register the CCU and configure initial settings as described in the 75F CCU Installation Guide. Be sure to test each function of the RTU to be sure the harness wires are installed correctly.
